Evan Jennings

As a nationally-recognized leading apartment broker, developer and entrepreneur, Mr. Jennings has the unique passion and insight to bring the RentBureau concept to the multi-family rental industry. Mr. Jennings has more than 30 years experience as a real estate executive; most notably, he founded The Apartment Group, Inc., which was sold to Cushman & Wakefield in 2001. He is a board member of leading real estate associations and organizations, including the National Multi-Housing Council and the Florida State University - Real Estate Executive Advisory Board.
Eric Hartz
President and CEO
Mr. Hartz has more than 20 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur with global operations in the financial and technology industries. He was a founding member, president and board director of Security First Network Bank, the world’s first Internet bank, and today known as S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE). He served as CEO and board director of ZapMedia, a digital entertainment and convergence company, and with McKinsey and Company, Inc. He serves as a board director of LAVA Group,Inc, a leading intellectual property investment bank, as a board director of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service, as an advisory board of RCMS, LLC and is a founding director of Midtown Bank and Trust. Mr. Hartz holds an MBA from Wharton Business School with distinction, and degrees in economics and chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
Harold Solomon
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Solomon is a founder of Seraphim Partners, a technology investment fund, and the founder and CEO of Telekey, Inc., one of the first prepaid long distance telephone companies in the nation. He also worked with IBM in Space Shuttle software development at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Mr. Solomon holds a BBA from Georgia State University.
Peter Hoeve
Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining RentBureau, Mr. Hoeve was co-founder of Onyx Technologies, a one-of-a-kind, real time predictive customer acquisition, retention and credit scoring service for the cellular industry. He led the creation of leading edge solutions for storage and access methodologies of large scale databases, and robust automation and representation of data. Mr. Hoeve was also founder of SECON Group, a consultancy focusing on client activations and credit scoring for multiple industries. Mr. Hoeve holds a BS in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin.
