RentBureau strives to make sure that our data is accurate, however if you believe your account information on rent history or collections is inaccurate, you may request an investigation on the data.

To request an investigation:

• Download and print out the Credit Dispute Form,

• Fill in your information,

• Include any necessary documentation to support your dispute,

• Send it by fax or mail as instructed on the form.

You should expect a response from RentBureau within 30 days upon receipt of the completed dispute form.
